2 x 2022 Spring Tide Riesling - This multi-layered showstopper draws you in with a fusion of lemon and sherbet delights, before giving way to vibrant yet yet delicate aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom and rose petals. The steely acid line provides precision and evolves the fruit, showcasing apple and pear, in addition to the clearly defined lemon and citrus on the palate.

2x Skydancer Blanc de Blanc - A classic Blanc de Blanc with a citrus base, delicate florals, lemon curd and a lovely pastry layer that delights. The secondary fermentation has produced a complex bread dough character and a beautiful fine mousse. A refreshing Blanc de Blanc, perfect for all occasions.
